Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within this timeframe for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at sandhillsclothingco@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and make a new purchase. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can purchase the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sandhillsclothingco@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

Shipping Insurance & Tracking

For returns or exchanges over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
