- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed, and in some cases, additional verification may be required.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

We currently don't offer international shipping

- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and contact us within 2 days of receiving the package. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 for orders. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout.
